We want you to be completely enchanted by your new piece; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn, original condition jewelry. Please note that custom-engraved items and bespoke commissions are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Place the jewelry in its original Eden Garden velvet box and include all authenticity certificates and protective packaging.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the parcel is sealed securely.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
